Building Enterprise Apps is as Easy as One, Two, Three
With Bizagi, it’s literally as easy as one, two, three to build and compose enterprise apps. It’s just three simple steps. The first step is defining and composing the apps behavior in the Experience Matrix. Thanks to the low-code interface, this can be done by business users, citizen developers, and IT.
After generating the experiences in step one, the second step can happen in parallel. The experiences can be customized to the user’s needs by Citizen Developers, UI/UX, or IT. As your program matures, the more reusable components you will build and store, which means fewer new components will be required as you create new applications later down the line.
The third and final step is publishing the application, making it ready to use. It’s that simple.
Bizagi Apps consist of four main components: Experience Matrix (described in Studio), the App Designer, the App Launcher, and your published apps
Experience Matrix
The Bizagi Experience Matrix is a single, easy-to-understand view that allows developers to give different permissions to individual stakeholders. Each user will have a different experience depending on their needs and what data they need to access to complete their tasks. You enable the access to the data, so they can view it, create new records, and start new processes.
It also generates personalized experiences ready for UI/UX customization. This makes it easier for stakeholders in your organization to effectively interact and complete tasks while still having guardrails in place.
Customize UI/UX with the App Designer
The App Designer provides a no-code, drag-and-drop approach to create personalized experiences. With the App Designer you can customize auto-generated experiences from the Experience Matrix or create a new one from scratch. Any contextualized and personalized experience can be created using the available out-of-the-box controls to create a customized look and feel.
Organize your published Apps in the App Launcher
The App Launcher automatically displays all the published apps created in the App Designer. It provides a simple way for end-users to view and launch published apps they have access to.
Monitor activity within Published Apps
Each’s app’s content will vary depending on the stakeholder who is accessing it. For example, in a Sales App, the sales manager will have a different view to a sales representative. The new and improved Bizagi Apps provides an enhanced experience for end users with existing forms improved to offer a modern UI.
